London, UK based boy/girl duo WOLFHEAD59 unleash a fusion of punk and hardcoretechno on their debut album “We Are Not OK”, happily released by D-TRASH Records in July 2020. A true call back to the Digital Hardcore sound of the 90's & 00's – They absolutely ‘get it’ and perform flawlessly and eschew all things sexist, racist and capitalist. Vocalist Agnes de la Barthe's caustic vocals screech for political and social change over top of J de Vils menacing basslines and hard beats.

“WOLFHEAD59 is an expression of our frustrations, anger and also a call for action to change the world, with the focus on empowering women as we believe that it is one of the biggest challenges in the world of patriarchy...
Our sound, we call "napalm disco", which is obviously strongly influenced by Digital Hardcore, punk & metal, BUT we want it to sound danceable in the same time. If you cannot dance it is not your revolution...
Although we live in relative safety and enjoy some basic freedoms, our life is far from perfect, our peace is conditional and our position is defined by the status quo, which cannot be effected. The power is not yours. We need a change, we are uncomfortable, and we are NOT OK.” – WOLFHEAD59/2020
